Dormitories in Veszprém

With the help of Resident Assistants, or otherwise known as seniors, the students have a chance to take part in creating and shaping the community of the Dormitories. Each Dormitory has their own characteristics, which make them unique. Some are big, with a community that loves to party, some are small, cozy and quiet. The degree of comfort might differ from building to building, but the essentials for living are available in each of them. All dormitories house students, from different fields of study, thereby enabling them to effectively study together and help each other out. Every student has the choice to choose which dormitory they would like to stay at the most.

Zalaegerszeg

 

The Gaspa Dormitory's building is found in the quiet, green area of Zalaegerszeg. The complex has a capacity to house 256 tenants, in 2- ,2+1- and 2x2 bed rooms, each coming with a separate bathroom. Out of these, 216 places are available for students to spend their days in a quaint and peaceful manner, to further their studies and the spending of their free time. The remaining 40 places are reserved for any guests that might arrive.

Services

The Dormitory has a 24-hour reception service, a loudspeaker system, and a camera system. The dormitory tenants recieve new bedsheets every two weeks, there are cooking and free washing opportunities on each floor available for students. Other services include internet access per room, and a building-wide wifi network.

The dormitory's social life is controlled by a 5 member student commiee, the Dormitory Committee (DC). They are resposnible for organising the cultural and free-time activities. 
The dormitory's "place of amusement" features a foosball table, a pool table and several board games for the students to enjoy. The basement has a modern gym, and a music room for the tenants to use. 

Living in the Gaspa Dormitory includes all these services for free, and only costs xxx HUF/month, which is quite favourable, considering the cultured enviroment, the comfort degree and the social life providec by the dormitory.

If we have free capacity we are glad to house the students of other universities (PTE) in Zalaegerszeg.

Dormitory in Nagykanizsa

The "C" dormitory building of the University of Pannonia and the Kanizsa Foundtaion for Higher education is found on Zárda street under number 7/a, in the city's leasure and residential district.
The dormitory has always played an important role in the life of students, and even today is an important meeting place for the studentry.
Thanks to the work of the Dormitory Management Commitee (DMC) the dormitory became home for several important events across the academic year.

The "B" and "C" buildings of the University are only 300 meters apart, therefore we can state that the distances are very student-friendly.

Everyone is eligible for a place in the dormitory, as long as they live more than 30 kilometers away from Nagykanizsa.

The dormitory also has guest rooms, which are open year round for the tourists visiting Nagykanizsa.
