The building is in the heart of the university district of Veszprém. The Dormitory has five floors, and houses 90 people per floor, in 6 person living blocks.
How does a living block look like? 2x3 bedrooms, a common area and a washing area with sinks. Other than beds, the bedrooms also house wardrobes, shelves and tables, with one for each tenant. The common area has tables, shelves, a freezer and a television. Every room also has an internet connection.

In the cellar there are multiple washing machines, which work with coins.

Every floor has a Resident Assistant, or Senior, who is responsible for keeping the peace and quiet, and of course the good mood of the residents. Their helpers are the DMC-members (Dormitory Management Commitee, who are chosen by the residents of the Dormitory) who help the Senior arrange events and parties for the residents.
The residents of the Central Dormitory take part in other dormitories' events, common cultural events, and sporting events. The dormitory also houses several independent groups and clubs:
There are several sporting opportunities in the Dormitory too, including ping-pong, a foosball table, a pool table and a gym.
