The Magister Dormitory is situated on the upper campus of the University of Pannonia, in the area behind Club UN1ON. The building has four floors, accessible via staircase and elevator, and can accomodate 800 individuals at once.

The housing of students is done in 2x2 living blocks, and rooms with 2 beds. The living blocks and rooms have a small kitchen area (with a kitchen sink, small fridge and microwave), a bathroom with a restroom. Furthermore, the students have access to wireless-, and wired broadband internet.

On the ground floor is a canteen and a conference room, able to host 200 people at once. Other than the living areas, kitchens, study rooms, and washrooms can also be found on the upper levels of the Dormitory. A hallgatók járműveiket a kollégium előtti nagy területű saját parkolóban helyezhetik el. The students can use two parking lots for their cars, and a separate area for their bicycles.
