The monthly fees for dormitory access in the 2025/26 academic year: 

Dormitory fee payment

The payment of the Dormitory fee is done through the Neptun system.

Assuring that their Neptun account has the required amount of balance to pay the Dormitory fee is the responsibility of the student. The Dormitory fees are sent to the student by the Dormitory Directorate (DD).

In order the pay for the Dormitory fee, the required amount has to be transferred to the University's main account with a Neptun code reference.

In the Transfer section the student needs to write NK-ABCDEF, where ABCDEF is the student's neptun code.

After the transfer, the amount goes to the Univeristy's MKB account, from where it will become useable in the Neptun system after 5 workdays. The stundent can "tick" the fee they need to pay in the Neptun system. After the payment, the fee's amount will be subtracted from the student's balance in the Neptun system. A receipt will be generated for the student, simultaneously with the payment, certifying that the payment has been completed.

Starting the bank transfer is recommended a min. of 8 days before the payment!

Payment deadlines

 If the payment is not completed until the given deadline, a disciplinary, late-paymen fee of 2000,- HUF has to be paid by them. The disciplinary fee has it's own deadline, and mus be paid until the 23rd of the given month.

Any students who have unpaid Dormitory fees, cannot apply for exams, and cannot finish their semester until the fee is paid.

The current dormitory fees take effect starting: 2025.07.01.
