Dear Students!

The application period for the 2025 SUMMER dormitory has started. The application period lasts from May 12th 2025 and lasts until June 6th 2025.

Application can be done via neptun request. You need to fill out the "Applying for dormitory accomodation (SUMMER 2025 VESZPRÉM)" in the neptun system (Administration -> Requests).
You can find more information about the conditions, and cancellation policy in the request.

The 2 bed rooms in the Magister Dormitory are only available in a limited supply.

Dear International Students!

The application period for dormitory access in the 2025/26 academic year has begun.
The application period starts on the 7th of May 2025 and ends on the 6th of June 2025.

To apply you need to rank all the dormitories in the Neptun system’s dormitory application module (Administration -> Dormitory application).
After ranking the dormitories you will see the application form where you can write who you wish to live with and any other requests regarding the dormitory.

Before starting the application you need to:

• Check your personal data in the Neptun system (passport/visa number), if it isn't valid anymore then you can change it at the University's International office.
• In the Neptun system's Dormitory Applicaiton module you need to apply for to Dormitory, and RANK ALL dormitories.
• The application is only vaild if you've declared that your previous ID image is still valid, or that you're going to bring us a new one. I you've declared that you'll bring us a new image, you need to do so personally (Dormitory Directorate, 8200 Veszprém, Egyetem str. 10.) before the 28th of July 2025. Failure to do so will cause your applicaiton to be rejected.

A quick guide to filling out the application form.

1. In the Neptun system, navigate to Administration -> Dormitory Application.
2. You will see all your previous dormitory applications, you need to click on the Start Application button.
3. On the next page you'll see the current application period, click on the Select button.
4. Here you'll see all the available dormitory options. It is important that you select ALL of them. Any and all appilcations which don't have all the dormitories selected and ranked will be considered invalid. 
After selecting all dormitories you'll need to click the Select dormitories button to progress.
5. On the next page you'll see the default ranking, which you'll be able to change to your liking by pressing the Change Order button. Please note that the dormitory you place in the highest rank (1) is the one that you want to live in the most.
6. If you've ranked the dormitories, you need to press the Submit request button, which will take you to the written part of the request. You need to fill out this form and press the Next page button on the top right.
7. Finally you'll see the final version of the request, which you will be able to sugmit with the Submit a request button on the top right.
8. You're done, all you need to do is wait for the results.
